ROTARIAN PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Dear fellow Rotarians,

I am delighted to be President of this great club. I count myself extremely lucky to be the 25th president which I know comes with a lot of responsibilities and expectations. I would like to thank members of the Rotary Club of Accra Airport for trusting me and giving me this opportunity to serve as the president of the club this magic year.

As we celebrate our club's 25th anniversary, I am filled with gratitude and awe. Two and a half decades of service, compassion, and friendship have brought us to this momentous milestone.

Throughout the years, we have woven a tapestry of magic - the magic of connection, the magic of community, and the magic of making a difference. We have touched countless lives, and in doing so, have discovered the magic that lies within ourselves.

As we embark on this new year, let us continue to write the next chapter in our story. Let us make this 25th year a truly enchanting one, filled with the magic of Rotary. Let us continue to inspire, to mentor, and to serve. In the words of Stephanie Urchick, RI President (2024-2025), the Magic of Rotary can encourage whatever drives your local clubs.

• We can “grow The Magic of Rotary,” if we are adding new members to our family.
• We can “unlock “The Magic of Rotary” if we are unlocking the power of women and girls.
• We can “advance “The Magic of Rotary” if we are fundraising to help change the world.

As a fellow volunteer, it is my goal to harness the tremendous energy, skills and compassion that is in this club. Rotary is about Service Above Self and we call ourselves “People of Action” for good reason. Our purpose as a club is to be Useful to our communities and to ourselves and we will achieve this through every project completed, every dollar donated, and every new member inducted.

I would like to appreciate our Charter members for their dedication and commitment in building a very strong foundation for which we continue to benefit from. Dear Charter members, we are very grateful and have special roles for you to play in this Jubilee year. I thank the past leaders of the club for setting the foundation and leading us this far, You have all done an amazing job in putting the club where it is today. To all members, thank you for your dedication, commitment, and passion. Here's to many more years of magic together!
